Orders take between 6-8 business days to arrive after payment is processed and received. International shipping (orders outside of USA) will take 10-12 business days after payment is processed and received. Please add 1-2 business days for payment processing and shipping tracking. Your billing address must match your shipping address in order for us to ship your order. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.
My Hair Glam currently uses USPS Priority Mail® with required signature confirmation to ship all orders. You will receive a USPS tracking number (on the third or fourth business day of ordering), once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/undeliverable orders. Please double check your shipping address. If you do not receive your order once shipped, we will help you contact USPS to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for lost/stolen/undeliverable packages.
ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will EXCHANGE ONLY if My Hair Glam made a mistake with your order (i.e. received wrong length or texture). But nevertheless, Do Not hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Due to health regulations and hygiene concerns, the Federal Law prohibits us from accepting used human hair products. If the item is removed from its bundle and used in any visible way, all exchanges are null and voided.
For all exchanges, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving product by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize exchanges. Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. Please do not send exchanged items that have not been authorized.
Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
Important! Our exchange policy must meet the following criteria to receive an exchange:
- All items must be in its original packaging with tags still attached. Hair must be still in its original bundle and not untied at the top.
- Items can not be worn, washed, colored, unraveled, processed, cut, styled, or altered in any way.
- Returned item must be accompanied with invoice.
- We must physically receive the merchandise before an exchange can be allowed. Please allow 72 business hours upon receipt.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We suggest including tracking and/or insurance to protect your package.
- Take a photograph of the product(s) and its packaging that backup the reason for exchange and send it to us.
All customers have 2 hours to cancel their order once it has been made. Cancellations after 2 hours are considered exchanges and My Hair Glam will not honor any cancellations after 2 hours.

Picture and Texture Disclaimer
NO TWO HEADS ARE ALIKE. Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos on our website are My Hair Glam hair, they are to give you an idea of how the hair textures and color will look. However, all wavy and curly products are steamed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles texture and color will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.
Please treat QHB hair with care for longevity. If you bleach, dye, tint, perm, or use extreme heat on hair you risk drying out your hair extensions. This might cause your hair to shed and tangle. We cannot guarantee the longevity of any hair that has been processed or chemically treated. Please consult a PROFESSIONAL before applying any chemical to hair.
